Memo to all news organizations on Super Tuesday:
Please stop talking about which state any particular candidate "won."
I get that the Electoral College is winner-take-all, so winning a state is a thing.
I get that the Republican primary also works that way.
But the Democratic primary is not winner-take-all. It is proportionate.
Winning a state can make sense to some degree if just one state is voting. But when numerous states are voting on the same day, winning any particular state is meaningless. It is the total delegate count that matters.
